UIC: Information on the second 2011 annual shareholders’ meeting

Idico Urban and House Development Joint Stock Company (IDICO - UDICO) (HOSE: UIC) has announced the second 2011 annual shareholders’ meeting as follows:

• Meeting time: 09:00am May 20, 2011

• Venue: Conference Room of IDICO – UDICO – Nhon Trach 1 Industrial Park – Dong Nai Province

• Objects: The shareholders are in the list recorded on March 04, 2011.

Reason: The first meeting was not successful because total number of shareholders attended the meeting of 47 shareholders, represented 4,444,799 shares/8.000.000 vote shares, rate 55.56% (Less than 65% of the shares with vote rights) ineligible to conduct shareholder under paragraph 01 of article 102 of the enterprise Law and paragraph 01 article 20 of the charter company were general meeting.
