TIX: Resolution on the first dividend payment of 2010

Tan Binh Import – Export Joint Stock Company (HOSE: TIX) announced the resolution of the Board of Directors as follows:

- Payment rate: 15%/par value (VND1,500/share)

- Record date: April 19, 2011

- Payment time: May 04, 2011

- Place & procedure of payment:

+ Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: AT the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

+ Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: Shareholders will receive dividend at Accounting Dept of Tan Binh Import – Export Joint Stock Company

- This resolution takes effect from March 30, 2011.
