TIX: Resolution on new share issuances

Tan Binh Import – Export Joint Stock Corporation (HOSE: TIX) announced a resolution of the general meeting as follows:

Article 1: Issuing new shares to existing shareholders

• Stock name: Tan Binh Import – Export Joint Stock Company

• Stock type: Common stock

• Par value: VND10,000

• Charter capital: VND120,000,000,000

• Volume: 12,000,000 shares

• Objects: The shareholders are name in the list at record date

• Exercise ratio: 100%/par value (Equivalent 1:1) a shareholder owning 01 share will get 01 right, 01 right will receive 01 bonus shares)

• Issue volume: 12,000,000 shares

• Financial resource: Surplus capital

• Rights to buy shares are transferred only once

• The new shares are transferable

• Expected capital charter after issue: VND240,000,000,000

• Issue time: Quarter 2, after the State Securities Commission approved the issuance.

Article 2: This resolution takes effect from March 30, 2011
