SBS: Result of a private bond offering

Sacombank Securities Joint Stock Company (Sacombank – SBS) (HOSE: SBS) announced Decision No.28/2011/QD-HDQT by the Board of Directors (BOD) on March 29, 2011 and result of the private bond offering under this decision:

1. Decision No.28/2011/QD-HDQT by the BOD on issuing enterprise bonds:

On March 29, 2011, the BOD unanimously approved to issue new bonds of Sacombank Securities Joint Stock Company:

Issue volume: VND130 billion

Method: book-entry

Interest: 15.5%/year, fixed during the bond term.

Term: 1 year.

2. Result of the private placement of bonds

- Total distributed bonds: 130,000 bonds (100% of issued bonds)

- Issue date: March 29, 2011

- Due date: March 29, 2012

- Total proceeds from the bond offering: VND130 billion.
