SACOM Development and Investment Corporation (HOSE: SAM) announced the resolution of the Board of Directors on April 21, 2011:

The Board of Directors unanimously approved:

• Profit target for 2011: VND232 billion.

• Appointment of Ms. Pham Thi Loi as Secretary of the Board of Directors.

• Personnel assignment for term 2011-2015 and plan of the Board of Supervisors.

• Plan of distributing treasury shares to employees.

• Adjustments in the Corporation’s Charter.
