3. Approving the Audited Consolidated Financial Statement 2010 and Plan of setting up Funds and Dividend payment in 2010:
Dividend payment: VND 73,551,200,000
- 1st round: Dividend payout ratio is 20% of charter capital (VND 31,751,200,000) for shareholders on the list recorded on 09/12/2010.
- 2nd round: Dividend payment of VND 41,800,000,000. Expected record date: April 2011.
4. Approving plan of settIng up funds and dividend payment in 2011: 23% per share, in which:
+ Dividend payment in cash: 13%/ share
+ Dividend payment by share: 10%/ share
5. Approving dividend payment by share to increase charter capital.
Expected rate: 10%/ share
6. Approving Remuneration for the Board of Directors, Supervisory Board in 2011:
- For Director: VND 3,000,000,000/month/person
- For member of supervisory board: VND 2,000,000,000/month/person
7. Approving Bonus for the Board of Directors, Supervisory Board and Management Board in 2011: VND 200,000,000 per year.
8. Approving the auditing company for Financial Statement in 2011 is Deloitte Vietnam Auditing Limited Company.
9. Approving amendment in Company’s charter.
10. Approving Reports of the Board of Directors and Supervisory Board in 2010 and plan in 2011.
