PGS: Board resolution on receiving shares transferred from DMC

Petrovietnam Southern Gas Joint Stock Company (HNX: PGS) announces the Board Resolution approved on 14/04/2011 as follows:

1. Petrovietnam Southern Gas Joint Stock Company accepts the transfer of shares issued by CNG Vietnam Joint Stock Company from Drilling Mud Corporation.

- Number of shares transferred from Drilling Mud Corporation: 4,009,824 shares (Accounting for 24.68% of CNG Vietnam Joint Stock Company’s Charter capital)

- Transfer price: VND23,000/share

2. Nominating members for BOD and Supervisory Board at CNG Vietnam Joint Stock Company:

- Mr. Nguyen Dang Trinh, Chief Accountant of Petrovietnam Southern Gas Joint Stock Company, is nominated Director of CNG Vietnam Joint Stock Company

- Mr. Ngo An Hoa, Expert of the Financial and Accounting Department of Petrovietnam Southern Gas Joint Stock Company, is nominated Chief of Supervisory Board of CNG Vietnam Joint Stock Company.
