ODA disbursement in first quarter reaches $298 million
Official Development Assistance (ODA) disbursement from January to March reached US$298 million, or 12.4 percent of the total $2.4 billion disbursement targeted for 2012, the Ministry of Investment and Planning has said.
Of this $298 million, $257 is loans and the rest is non-refundable aids. Notably, the disbursement in March was almost $180 million, far exceeding the $125 for January and February combined.
Total ODA for the first quarter is over $1 billion, around $987 of which is loans.
