Ocean Hospitality & Service Joint Stock Company accepts the transfer of shares issued by Binh An Investment and Development Joint Stock Company from Dat Viet Financial investment Joint Stock Company .

- Shareholding of Ocean Hospitality & Service Joint Stock Company in Binh An Investment and Development Joint Stock Company : 20,300,000 shares equalling VND203,000,000,000 by par value (Accounting for 35% of Binh An Investment and Development Joint Stock Company ’s Charter capital)

- Number of shares to be transferred from Dat Viet Financial investment Joint Stock Company: 20,590,000 shares equalling VND205,900,000,000 by par value (Accounting for 35.5% of Binh An Investment and Development Joint Stock Company ’s Charter capital)

- Total shareholding of Ocean Hospitality & Service Joint Stock Company in Binh An Investment and Development Joint Stock Company after the transfer: 40,890,000 shares equalling VND408,900,000,000 by par value (Accounting for 70.5% of Binh An Investment and Development Joint Stock Company ’s Charter capital)

- Date of transfer: the date Binh An Investment and Development Joint Stock Company approves the transfer by document.
