Ninh Van Bay Real Estate Joint Stock Company (Ninh Van Bay) (HOSE: NVT) announces a personnel change as follows:

• Mr. Phan Doan Hung was appointed as Chairman of the BOD as from April 17, 2011.

• Mr. Hoang Anh Dung was appointed as a Member of the BOD and CEO and resignation as Chairman of the BOD as from April 19, 2011.

• Mr. Vu Ngoc Tu was appointed as a Member of the BOD and Deputy CEO and resignation as CEO as from April 19, 2011.

• Mr. Nguyen Xuan Thuong was appointed as a Member of the Supervisory Board as from April 17, 2011.

• Mr. Do Xuan Muoi  was appointed as a Member of the Supervisory Board as from April 17, 2011.
