KHA: Violation of information disclosure of major shareholder

The following is the violation of information disclosure requirement of a major shareholder:

Mr. Nguyen Van Manh, a major shareholder of Khanh Hoi Import Export Joint Stock Company (HOSE: KHA) bought 264,940 KHA shares from February 14, 2011 to March 08, 2011 to increase the owning volume from 1,337,950 (9.475%) to 1,602,890 (11.35%) without announcement.
