- Reason: Profits after tax in the audited financial statement FY 2009 and the audited financial statement FY 2010 are negative (-VND359,595,102,457 and –VND780,815,201)

- Effective date: 18/04/2011

- Supervision period ends when Viet Hai Shipping and Real Properties Corporation overcomes current situation.
