HNX notice: Application of some changes in UPCoM trading regulations to current UPCoM stocks
The HNX would like to inform the application of some changes in UPCoM trading regulations to current UPCoM stocks as follows:
1. Regarding new UPCoM stocks, which have not got any transaction since the first trading day by the day before 04/04/2011, on 04/04/2011, reference price applied to these stocks will be the prices proposed by the UPCoM companies (Issuers) and approved by the HNX. The collar of ±40% will also be applied to reference prices of these stocks on this day.
2. Regarding new UPCoM stocks without any transaction for over 25 sessions, reference prices of these stocks on 04/04/2011 will be average weighted ones of executed prices via the contious order matching method in the most rececent trading date with transactions. The collar of ±40% will also be applied to reference prices of these stocks on this day.
