Hoa Binh Securities Joint Stock Company (HNX: HBS) announces the Board Resolution approved on 28/03/2011 as follows:

Investment plans and capital contribution to fund management company:

- Hoa Binh Securities Joint Stock Company repurchase shares of An Phu Fund Management Company with capital contribution rate of 51% of charter capital

- Representative in capital contribution of Hoa Binh Securities Joint Stock Company: Ms. Nguyen Thi Loan - Chair of the Board cum General Manager of Hoa Binh Securities Joint Stock Company

- Resource for repurchase: Owners' Equity

- Chair of the Board is authorized to take part in negotiations to buy shares of An Phu Fund Management Company with price not exceeding VND 15,000 per share, while the total value of capital contribution does not exceed 20% of total assets of HBS.
