CII: CII successfully issues US$15 million bonds

On April 21, 2011, the Board of Directors of Ho Chi Minh City Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company (HOSE: CII) approved to offer US$15 million convertible bonds to investors managed by Goldman Sachs Assets Management. And CII completed the selling of US$15 million convertible bonds. Total proceeds from the offering is over VND300 billion.

Therefore, from the beginning of the year, CII gained US$40 million from privately issuing convertible bonds to investors managed by Goldman Sachs Assets Management, with an interest of 4%/year.
