- Transferred volume: 5,000,000 shares

- Owning volume after transfer: 1,100,000 shares

2. Transferee: LC Group Joint Stock Company

- Business License: No.0102683813 granted by the Department of Planning and Investment of Hanoi on - December 09, 2009.

- Received volume: 5,000,000 shares

- Owning volume after transfer: 5,000,000 shares

- Effective date:  April 06, 2011.
