AAA: Results of annual general meeting of shareholders 2011

Anphat Plastic and Green Environment Joint Stock Company (HNX: AAA) has disclosed the results of its Annual general meeting of shareholders. The following resolutions were approved:

1. Using 54 bil. VND in Charter fund raising from 99 bil. VND to 198 bil. VND to repurchase convertible bonds following the Company’s commitment at the Convertible bond order contract signed on 13/04/2009.

3. Dividend payment plan 2010 as follows:

- Record date for dividend payment: decided by the BOD after the General Mandate

- Place of payment:

- For deposited shares: Securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.

- For undeposited shares: head office – No.11 & 12 Industrial Lot, An Dong Industrial Zone, Nam Sach, Hai Duong on working days (From Monday to Saturday). Securities certificate and Identification Card (Original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addtion to the mentioned above.

- Expected exercise date: May, 2011

- Payment method: In cash

- Total dividend payment: 20% of profit after tax 2010

4. Operation plan 2011 with following basic targets:

- Continue investing and make CaCo3 production company of An Phat – Yen Bai Plastics and Minerals Joint Stock Company in Yen Bai operate by 100% of its capaCity

- Complete procedures to raise Charter capital from 99 bil.VND to 198 bil.VND and to list new shares from seasoned issue

- Investing in factory in Lao People's Democratic Republic

- Constructing factory zone for producing biodegradable bags, Taphulin bags, aluminum plastic at An Dong Industrial Zone – Nam Sách – Hai Duong
