VNS: Resolution of the BOD

Vietnam Sun Corporation (HOSE: VNS) announced the resolution of the Board of Directors on March 23, 2011:

1. The Board of Directors approved to halt the share issue plan under the resolution of December 12, 2010 extraordinary shareholders’ meeting on a 7.5-million-share issue through a private offering to increase the Corporation’s charter capital from VND299,999,970,000 to VND374,999,970,000.

2. The Board of Directors approved business plan for 2011 with main items as follows:

- Total revenue: VND2,015 billion.

- Total profit after tax: VND161.27 billion.

3. The Board of Directors approved to hold the 2011 Annual General Meeting:

- Record date: April 6, 2011

- Meeting date: April 23, 2011.
