TLG: TLG delays Annual General Meeting 2011

According to Article 97.2 of the Enterprise Law 2005, the Annual General Meeting must be organized within 04 months from the last date of a fiscal year. However, during the first 4 months of this year, Thien Long Group Corporation (HOSE: TLG) has been executing a share issue to increase capital, thus the preparation for the Annual General Meeting is not finished. Thien Long Group Corporation, therefore, will delay the Annual General Meeting until May 2011. The expected meeting date will be May 12, 2011.
