Sai Gon Securities Incorporation (HOSE: SSI) announced the conversion result of SSICB2010 bonds:

• Total issued bonds: VND2,000 billion (Based on par value)

• Conversion price: VND35,639/ share

• Deadline to register to convert bonds: March 24, 2011

• Conversion result: None of bondholders register to convert the bonds.

• SSI will pay interest and principal to bondholders as of March 28, 2011.
