Dong Nai Paint Corporation (HNX: SDN) announces the board resolution approved on 12/01/2011 as follows:
1. Report of operating 2010
- Report of operating estimate 2010
- Report of infrastructure investment 2010
- Plan of dividend payment 2010
- Report of bonus issue 2010
- Report of the first dividend payment 2010
- Plan of the second dividend payment 2010 (8%) in end of QI/2011
2. Result of 2010 and Plan of 2011 of cooperation with PPG, AKZO NOBEL
3. Plan of operating and investing 2011
- Plan of operating 2011: Based on targets of Sonadezi – holding company
- Plan of investing 2011: BOD will be decide after Sonadezi gives BOD new plan and the specific capital
4. BOD actions:
- Studying the change in policy of MOF;
- Plan of moving the Company to Giang Dien industrial zone – Trang Bom as Dong Nail; People Committee’s policy about using purpose of Bien Hoa I industrial zone. Assigned Management Board do the moving plan;
- Considering the suggestion of Supervisory Board in 2010;
- Ms. Huynh Ngoc Hieu has resigned from Chief Accountant and Ms. Do Thi Thu Ha assigned to be Acting Chief Accountant since 27/01/2011
- Deciding creating and completing of Regulations such as: Salary regulation, Human resource and training regulation, internal finance regulation, sale regulation;
- Assigning Supervisory Board choose audition company in 2011;
- Assigning Management Board do the necessary works to retrieved Nguyen Van San’s debt and liquidate the contract of debt retrieve in 2010 with Hung Hau company.
