PVR: Board resolution on investment

PetroVietnam Premier Recreation Joint Stock Company (HNX: PVR) announces Board resolution approved on 25/02/2011 as follows:

- Approving the investment in the Office – Commercial Center – High-grade apartment Complex at 09 Tran Thanh Tong, Hai Ba Trung District, Hanoi

- The General Manager is assigned to build a plan to transfer the capital of the investment to partners when nescessary to balance the working capital of the Company.
