• Contents: Closing the 2010 business and financial activities, collecting shareholders’ agreements to increase charter capital to VND656 billion

• Meeting time: 08:00am March 26, 2011

• Venue: Room 343, Fl. 3 National Convention Center – Pham Hung St., Tu Liem Dist., Hanoi City

• Shareholders, who can not attend to the meeting, can authorize others or members of the BOD.
