NHW: Information on distributing bonus shares to the CEO

Ngo Han Joint Stock Company would like to correct Official Document No.110/2010/CV-NH dated December 09, 2010 on the distribution of 68,170 shares to the CEO from treasury shares as follows:

* Ngo Han Joint Stock Company has not completed the procedures of distribution of 68,170 bonus shares to the CEO because the Company has not completed the registration with the State Securities Commission.

* The Company is registering to distribute bonus shares according to regulations of the State Securities Commission.

* Ngo Han Joint Stock Company will announce after finishing the distribution.
