Produce and Trading Metal Joint Stock Company (HNX: KKC) announces the board resolution approved on 05/03/2011 as follows:

Approving following issues:

1. Approving Management to repurchase 10% of Treasury Stock.

2. Approving Management to buy 01 26-ton-crane for product importing and exporting with budget expenses by VND200,000,000.

3. Approving plan of reforming and lowering floor of Ben Kien Branch. Budget expenses is VND200,000,000.
