HTP: Board resolution
Hoaphat Textbook Printing Joint Stock Company (HNX: HTP) announces the board resolution approved on 18/2/2011 as follows:
- Profit after tax: VND 2,103,897,883
- Apportion for funds (30%): VND 573,418,038
- First dividend (Paid): VND 728,520,000 (6%)
- Second dividend payment of 2010 by cash: 4% (Shareholders received VND 400 for every 1 share they owned), equivalent to VND 721,992,000
- Assigned the BOM and Chief accountant to carry out necessary procedures to record date for dividend payment.
