HAX: Violation of information disclosure of major shareholder

The following is the violation of information disclosure requirement of a major shareholder:

Phuoc Thanh Plastic Co., Ltd, a major shareholder of Hang Xanh Motors Service Joint Stock Company (HOSE: HAX), bought HAX shares from December 24, 2010 to February 09, 2011 and made owning ratio changed to 1% on outstanding shares of HAX but Phuoc Thanh Plastic Co. Ltd did not disclose the trading result.
