GTA: Resolution on share buyback

Thuan An Wood Processing Joint Stock Company (HOSE: GTA) announced the resolution of the Board of Directors dated March 07, 2011 on share buyback as follows:

Article 1: Approving the share buyback:

• Buying 300,000 GTA shares for make treasury stock

• Financial resource: Capital surplus

• Trading period: In 90 days

• Trading method: Order-matching and put-through

Article 2: The resolution is valid from March 07, 2011. Members of the Board of Directors, the Directorate and relating departments are responsible for implementing this resolution.
