Approving following issues:

1. Adjusted draft of report of operation and profit distribution plan 2010:

- Revenue: 82,305 mil.VND

- Profit before tax: 4,671 mil.VND

- Profit after tax: 3,596 mil.VND

- Dividend distribution 2010: 10.55%

- First Dividend payment 2010:  5.50%

- Remaining dividend: 5.05%

2. Adjusted draft of operation and profit distribution plan 2011:

- Revenue: 73,000 mil.VND

- Profit before tax: 5,058 mil.VND

- Profit after tax: 3,794 mil.VND

- Dividend: 10.85%

3. Record date for annual General Meeting 2011 in 04/04/2011

- Exercise date: 8h, 23/04/2011

- Place: 2nd floor, 78 Bach Dang, Da Nang
