ALP: Change of the Annual Meeting Date

Because the auditing of Alphanam’s subsidiaries has not been finished before March 26, 2011, Alphanam Joint Stock Company (HOSE: ALP) will not have the audited consolidated financial statements to report to its shareholders. Therefore, Alphanam Joint Stock Company would like to change time and venue of the 2011 Annual General Meeting as follows:

• New meeting date: 9:00am, April 24, 2011

• New meeting venue: Meeting hall of ALPHANAM’s head office (Pho Noi A Industrial Zone, Trung Trac, Van Lam, Hung Yen Province).
