VCB: Resolution on depositing and listing of shares

On February 17, 2011, the Board of Directors of Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam (HOSE: VCB) unanimously approved to register to deposit all shares which were issued in the issuance to increase capital by 33% and register to list the shares owned by other shareholders who are not the State shareholder.

• Number of shares registered to be deposited: 436,382,579 shares

• Number of shares registered to be listed: 40,493,143 shares.
