PPC: Resolution of the BOD

Pha Lai Thermal Power Joint-Stock Company (HOSE: PPC) announced the resolution of the Board of Directors on February 24, 2011:

• The Board of Directors approved to invest VND50,250,000,000 in Buon Don Hydroelectric Joint Stock Company, equivalent to 5,025,000 shares (With par value of VND10,000/share) or 15% of charter capital of Buon Don Hydroelectric Joint Stock Company (Charter capital: VND335 billion).

• The Board of Directors approved to sell the housing area and transfer the land-use right in Huyndai hill to the Company’s employees.
