MCP: Extension of an issuance license

On February 18, 2011, My Chau Printing & Packaging Holdings Company (HOSE: MCP) was granted an extension of Issuance License No.755/UBCK-GCN (Dated December 07, 2010) by the State Securities Commission until April 06, 2011. During the extension, the company has to finish distributing shares.
