LGC: Resolution of the Shareholders’ Meeting

The Shareholders Meeting of LuGia Mechanical Electric Joint Stock Company (HOSE: LGC) on January 31, 2011 unanimously approved to register to supplement business activities in the business license with the Department of Planning and Investment of Hochiminh City:

• Manufacture, trading, designing and installation of electrical posts for 200KV transmission line.

• Consulting and supervision of works of public floodlights and traffic lights.

• Planning, investigation, cost estimate for works.

• Management, operation, repair, maintenance of public electric lighting system, traffic lights.   

• Real estate business.
