DMC: Resolution of the 2011 annual shareholders’ meeting and the first dividend payment 2010

Domesco Medical Import Export Joint Stock Corporation (HOSE: DMC) has announced the resolution of the 2011 annual shareholders’ meeting and the first dividend payment 2010 as follows:

1. Approving the 2011 annual shareholders’ meeting:

• Time of meeting: March 26, 2011

• Venue: Ngo Thoi Nham Steet, Cao Lanh city, Dong Thap Province

2. The first dividend payment 2010: 10%

• Time of payment: expected March 11, 2011

• This resolution takes effect from January 26, 2011.
