DIG: DIC Corp. postpones closing the shareholder list

Development Investment Construction Joint Stock Corporation (HOSE: DIG) would like to postpone the plan of closing the shareholder list (In January 2011) to collect shareholders’ opinions on a convertible bond issue.

The Corporation is waiting for opinions from the managing organizations - Song Da Holdings and the Ministry of Construction of Vietnam - on the bond issue plan before submitting it to the Shareholders’ Meeting. Therefore, DIC Corp will postpone closing the shareholder list. The bond issue plan will be executed after the managing organizations approve.
