2. Brief History
- In1976: Quangnam Danang Medical material enterprise was established in 1976 by Danang Health Department
- In 1986, the company was renamed Quangnam Danang Medical material and equipment Company specializing in producing mechanical products such as : Bed, cabinet, delivery table ... for whole provincial hospitals.
- In 2004, to perform State Company Equitization Policy, Danameco was given a new name Danameco Medical Joint-Stock Company under the decision No.3596/ QD-BYT of Minister of Ministry of Health dated 12/10/2004 and have started operation since 7/2005 as a Joint-Stock company with State Capital 43%
- In 2007, Charter capital increased to VND15,030,100,000 by seasoned issue to outstanding shareholders and strategic shareholders.
- In 2008, Dameco changed in Danameco Medical Joint Stock Corporation to conform to new structure and operation apparatus.
- In 2008: Charter capital increased to VND24,115,100,000 by public offering.
3. Business Scope
•Producing and supplying medicine, medical instrument and equipment
•Trading, importing, exporting: Medical material, equipment and instrument, reagent and anti-epidemic chemical; technical scientific instrument and equipment; ambulance and other products serving for people health care, laboratory, industrial manufacturing and school
•Producing medical Cotton, Bandage gauze, disposable products in operation
•Consulting, repairing, installing, operation instructing and maintaining medical equipment and instrument
•Washing clothes, blanket, sheets for hospitals and hotels
•Producing carton packages serving for industry and consumables
