2. Brief History
- Res 11 Joint Stock Company’s predecessor was District 11 Housing Development and Management Company established according to Decision No.93/QD-UB dated 06/03/1989 of the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City with major activites such as: management, construction material production, building new houses.
- 15/12/1992, District 11 Housing Development and Investment Company was established according to Decision No.236 QD-UB of the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City.
- In 1999, District Housing Development and Management Company is member of Saigon Real Estate Corporation with independent accounting according to Decision No.5073 QD-UB dated 04/09/1999.
- In 2003, 11 District Housing Business company was given 11 District Housing Business Joint stock company according to Decision No.5730 QD-UB.
- The company was offically put into operation in the model of a Joint stock company according to Business certificate No.4103002793 granted by Department of planning and investment of Ho Chi Minh City on 22/10/2004 in which Saigon Real Estate Corporation held 60% of shares.
- 20/06/2007, Department of planning and investment of Ho Chi Minh City granted Business Registration Certificate of Joint stock company and renamed the Company as Real Estate 11 Joint Stock Company.
3. Business Scope
- Investment, investment managing, manufacturing and trading, key areas as:
+ Trading on real estate, warehousing, infrastructure of industrial parks and housing.
+ Warehouses, offices for rent .
+ Survey; design and construction of civil, industrial and technical infrastructure.
+ Decoration, repair, maintenance and upgrades of buildings.
+ Manufacturing, installation, maintenance, and repairs of equipment of high buildings.
+ Trading construction materials, precast concrete structure, interior decoration materials.
+ Trading materials, machinery, equipment and construction sector.
- Business services real estate as: Preparation of investment projects, Construction consultancy, Services in apartment managing and office buildings, Property auctions
