VIC: The BOD’s resolution of increasing charter capital

Vincom Joint Stock Company (VINCOM JSC) (HOSE: VIC) has announced the BOD’s resolution of increasing charter capital as follows:

Article 1: Approving of increasing charter capital by converting international bonds into shares:

- Registered charter capital:  3,682,131,130,000 dongs

- Increasing volume:   4,693,750,000 dongs

- Charter capital after the increase: 3,686,824,880,000 dongs

- Time:  December 03, 2010

- Method: issuing additional common shares (Stage 5) to convert international bonds into shares under bond holders’ requests.

Article 2: Authorizing the CEO to implement procedures under the Law.

Article 3: The resolution is valid as from December 06, 2010.
