VFMVFA: Transaction changes the ownership rate in VFM

On January 10, 2011, VietFund Management (VFM) sent a document to HOSE to announce transaction which changed the ownership rate from 10% charter capital of VietFund Management:

As of December 28, 2010, Saigon Thuong Tin Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Sacombank) owns 3,722,928 common shares (16.22% VFM’s charter capital), and the number of treasury stock of VFM is 6,069,000 shares (26.44% VFM’s charter capital).
