VFMVFA: Sacombank decreases the ownership rate in VFM

On January 05, 2011, Saigon Thuong Tin Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Sacombank) sent a document to HOSE to announce the change of the ownership rate in VFM as follows:

According to Decision No.1118/QD-UBCK by the State Securities Commission on approving transactions which change the ownership rate from 10% charter capital of VietFund Management (VFM), Saigon Thuong Tin Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Sacombank) completed the transfer of VFM’s shares and the ownership rate after transfer is 10.48%. Sacombank adjusted the ownership rate in order to restructure its investment portfolio.
