Seaproduct Mecanical Shareholding Company (SCO) announces change in the Board of Directors as follows:

- Mr. Nguyen Huu Loc has resigned from State-owned representer with effect since 12 Jan. 2011

- Ms. Bui Thi Tuyet Mai has been appointed State-owned representer in place of Mr. Nguyen Huu Loc with effect since 12 Jan. 2011.
