Mr. Pham Trung Thuc, younger brother of Mr. Pham Tat Thanh – a member of the Board of Directors of Petrovietnam – Idico Long Son Industrial Park Investment Joint Stock Company (HOSE: PXL), bought 10,000 PXL shares and sold 6,260 PXL shares from December 15, 2010 to December 31, 2010 without announcement.
