PRUBF1: Announcing a public offer to purchase PRUBF1

On 06 December 2010, Prudential Vietnam (PVN) started a public offer to purchase about 15,850,000 fund certificates of PRUBF1 (31.7% of total outstanding shares). At present, PVN has owned 2% of total volume of PRUBF1 fund certificate.

The offer price at 6,200 dongs per PRUBF1 fund certificate was an interesting opportunity and the offer has taken place within 30 days from December 09, 2010 to January 07, 2011.

PVN chose Sai Gon Securities Incorporation (SSI) as its agent for the offer.
