NKD: The BOD’s resolution of delisting NKD stock on HOSE

North Kinhdo Food Joint Stock Company (NORTH.KINHDO) (HOSE: NKD) has announced the BOD’s resolution of delisting NKD stock on HOSE as follows:

Article 1: Approving of delisting of NKD stock on HOSE to merge NORTH.KINHDO into Kinh Do Corporation (KINHDO).

Effective date: December 15, 2010.

Article 2: Approving of recording shareholder list to transfer NKD stock to KDC stock.

Record date: December 17, 2010.

Article 3: Related members have to implement the resolution.
