+ For T+3 transactions: 11/02/2011
- Reasons:
1. Dividend payment 2009 by share
+ Exercise rate: 5:1 of par value (Shareholders receive 01 new share for every 05 shares they own. The number of shares a shareholder receives is rounded down to unit digit. The remained will stay in the retained earnings of the Company)
+ Place of payment:
- For deposited shares: Securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
- For undeposited shares: Low Current - Telecom Joint Stock Company on working days. Securities certificate and Identification Card (Original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addtion to the mentioned above.

- Number of shares to be issued: 1,000,000 shares
- Exercise rate: 5:2 (Shareholders are entitled to buy 02 new shares for every 05 shares they own. Number of shares received will be rounded down to unit digit). Odd shares and unsold shares will be distributed to other subjects with price not lower than that offered to outstanding shareholders.

- Time for transfer of purchase rights: From 02/03/2011 to 28/03/2011
- Time for registration and payment: From 02/03/2011 to 30/03/2011
