LGC: LUGIACO supplements purpose to ballot shareholders

On January 17, 2011, HOSE had Announcement No.39/2011/TB-SGDHCM on another purpose of balloting shareholders according to the shareholder list of the record date December 31, 2010 of LuGia Mechanical Electric Joint Stock Company (LUGIACO) (HOSE: LGC):

• Purpose: To ballot shareholders on the supplement to the company’s function in the business license.

• Time to ballot shareholders: From January 18, 2011 to January 28, 2011.
