KHA: Resolution of the BOD

Khanh Hoi Import Export Joint Stock Company (HOSE: KHA) announced the resolution of the first BOD's Meeting of 2011 on January 24, 2011:

Article 1: The CEO works with the auditing company to complete the audited financial statements of 2010 on time and fulfill the business plan for 2011 to present to the 2011 Annual General Meeting which is expected to be held at 8:00 am, April 02, 2011.

Article 2: The record date to close the shareholder list of the 2011 Annual General Meeting and of the second dividend installment of 2010 is February 17, 2011.

The second dividend installment of 2010 will be paid on April 15, 2011 with a pay-out ratio of 10%/par value (Or VND1,000/share).
