IDI Corp: IDI Corp approved in principle to list stock

On January 7, 2011, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange had Official Document No. 37/2011/SGDHCM-NY to allow in principle International Development and Investment Corporation (IDI Corp.) to list stock on the Exchange. The company will fulfill necessary documents soon to complete the listing procedure.
