FPC: Record date for the list of shareholders who own over 5 %

On January 07, 2011, HOSE issued Announcement No.21/2011/TB- SGDHCM on a record date to close the list of shareholders who own over 5 percent to adjust the Business License of Full Power Joint Stock Company (HOSE: FPC):

• Stock symbol: FPC

• Record date: January 18, 2011

• (Because FPC is being suspended, there will not be an ex-right date.)

• Purpose: To add more information about the shareholders who own over 5 percent to the Business License under requirement of the Management Board of Binh Duong Industrial Zones in order to complete the procedures of transferring land-use right and assets in Song Than 2 Industrial Zone.

• Deadline for supplementing documents to the Management Board of Binh Duong Industrial Zones: Expected on January 24, 2011.
